The still little known Œuvre of the artist Anita Rée (1885–1933) arose within only three decades between 1904 and 1933: with about 180 paintings, 300 watercolor paintings, 400 drawings as well as some collaged postcards and decorative hand-crafted works it is surprisingly extensive and multifarious. On the basis of the first work list catalogue from 1986 the publication introduces new research results and major works recently rediscovered.
