Wolf Vostell (1932-1998), co-founder of the Fluxus movement and pioneer of action art, used the original stamp in 1985 as part of the Biennale of Peace in Hamburg - an artistic initiative by Fluxus artist Robert Filliou. The original is now in the collection of the Museo Vostell Malpartida.
This exclusive new edition is intended as an artistic statement against violence, marginalisation and indifference - and as an invitation to understand peace as an active, creative process.
